Ok, but I still find it interesting in a show that practically thrives off the daddy issues, and then the main "villain" had mommy issues.
Claire had some issues with her mom if I remember correctly but then her mom had the accident. For Kate I would say the issues with her dad are a little bit more character defining for her than her mother.
I think it will be important because I have been reading that we may even see their mother at one point.

Btw, do you use torrent software? I was Googling "Ted Dekker Graphic Novel" and I came across this site. Any torrent sites are blocked on the campus computers, so I can't see what it is, but the Google entry said it was the Saint graphic novel. Anyway, if by chance you use BitTorrent or Azureus or something like that, do you think you could check it out? :P

I don't think so. However, we need to have choice to truly do good. Why else would there have been a forbidden tree in the garden of Eden. So, we don't need to see evil, we just have to have the option of choosing it.
