This weekend Glenn and I went to a Jimmy Buffett concert. Now, as any who have ever attended one will attest to, the tailgate parties before the concert are often more fun than the show itself. Usually, there are tens of thousands of happy "Parrotheads" picnicing in the lot with colorful tropical decorations, often with sandboxes, pirate ships, blowup sharks, and lots of good food. If you asked me back when I graduated from the University at Albany's Master's in Social Work (MSW) program in the mid ninties, if I would be a parole officer someday, I would have told you that you had lost your mind.
