I use Liquid Story Binder XE and I love it so so much! It works really well for alot of different reasons and it has a great tutorial site. I would post but not sure if I am aloud. Just google liquid story binder xe. I don't know how I ever wrote wi…

I am replying to the first post on this thread... John-Why do Christians think they have the right to choose the morality of our Nation? Often many times they take and apply their own beliefs on others as if they have the only truth. They take this…

1. Based on your own understanding, please summarize what Christianity means. Christianity is the sum of many versions of belief in Christ. By versions, I refer to denominations. The crux of it all is Christ, and the defined foundation of his being…

Well, over the Christmas break, my wife and I talked this over. We had not been to church in about 2-3months, and neither of us could think of a single church in our area that we had any interest in trying. I was being pushed heavily in spirit to do…

I went and did that actually right after posting instead of actually writing in my wip. :P New thought: WRITE the ending of my Nano which is a month overdue and THEN look at tantalizing novel software as a reward! :)

I really don't know, Leanna. If I were you, I'd do some internet research. There are review sites that review software and give all the pros and cons of each of them.

How do those compare to Scrivener, KC? I've been debating about buying it with the NaNo winner's discount.

While Word and Works are only Word Processors, there is actually writing software/freeware/shareware you can use to organize you novel. Some such programs are: Story View, WriteWay, Dramatica Pro, Storybase, yWriter, etc.

I finish reading books fine, it is the writing, publishing, selling, being in the NYTimes bestseller list that evades me.

I use Pages on my Mac. It has a cool 'Comment' function that allows me to make a comment on a word or paragraph, etc. The comments are displayed on the left side of the window. This is handy in case I need to come back to a certain section later.

Man, I am way too fat.

Gluttony is among the 7 deadly sins, and I am afraid I am guilty as charged.

I joke about it. I have for years. It is not funny really. The most depressing part of getting fatter is you will tell yourself that you will do something to stop it if you get to "x" lbs. It is all a lie to enable you to continue whatever it is you continuously do.

For me, that means being more and more inactive, and eating nothing but crap foods. The problem is, I just don't know that I can stop. What scares me to d… Continue

Broken inside, but do I like it too much?

You know, we are all broken beyond repair for all except our blessed Savior. Seriously, we are all just broken little peices of molded clay. The worst part of the brokenness is that it is self inflicted. We are created perfect in the image of our Lord God, yet we seem to spend every waking moment of our lives contrivin of ways to rebel against our Lord.

Here's what I know...

I know I am broken deep within, and within me there is potential for great evil. I have built up great walls to protect… Continue

About Church...

So my wife and I are struggling with going to church. We found our church 2 years ago, and initially we were very encouraded to have found it. Now, though, we find ourselves disconnected from it, and neither of us is real excited to go. So we don't go very often at all.

My wife and I both want to be part of a strong Christian family, and we just don't feel that way about the church we currently belong to. Don't get me wrong, they are great people. The Pastor is a young, energetic, passionate ma… Continue

My Testimony

My testimony

I am writing this in the hopes that someone is touched by it, and to offer a glimpse into my life that others may want. Much of this is difficult to recall in general, and I try and be as open as possible considering that much of this hardly impacts just myself.

I was born December 13, 1978 in Stillwater, Oklahoma. At a year old my parents divorced. My dad and my mom remarried, and my mom and my sisters went with my stepfather to California. He was incredibly abusive. In fact, my… Continue

Just Me...

I am just me. If you don't know me you probably haven't missed anything monumental. Here are some general facts about me.

I am 30, as of now. I am happily married to my best friend and we have three amazing daughters. Two of our daughters are adopted through foster care, and they are biological sisters. Our youngest is Autistic, has SID, and has Fetal Alcohol Effect.

I am a Social Studies Teacher in Oklahoma, and I am a bigtime fan of Oklahoma State University.

I am really struggling to write… Continue

Hey. I heard your a social studies teacher and I would like to know if you would be able to help me with something. I need to interview someone for a school project, and I need to know about Einstein, about what he did in the Manhattan Project, if he did anything but sign the letter, and why he agreed to do this. I have other questions, but I need someone who would know about Einstein, and the Manhattan Project. Thank you.

Love, love, love Skillet! I only have two of their albums, the most recent two, but they are so amazing! Hopefully I will have a chance to see them live at a summer festival in the upcoming months.
