Linsey watched the other forest dwellers. Some were diving and drowning in the blood red water. She took a step forward and hesitated a moment. Should she? Was it a good idea? She looked around. Everyone looked like the horde! She ran into the blood red water. And drowned.
Linsey dove into the water. Her lungs began to burn! She tried to go up. She heard an ear peircing scream. She screamed with it. Why did you leav us Elyon? Why? Linsey could not breath. I did not leave you. I love you! Linsey looked arooud for the source of this new voice. Elyon? An ear peircing scream! Breath Linsey! Breath! Linsey tried to breath the water. It hurt. But she breathed. She rose the surface of the water. She spit ut the water, and saw that her skin was no longer covered in disease!

Linsey climbed out of the water. She laughed for the first time since her parents died. "Im healed" She whispered. "Elyon! Thank you!" She saw more people coming out of the water. She went over to join them. They were all amazed at being healed.

Staus saw other jumping into the water. He saw others coming from the water clean, he wasn't as infected as the others were and could notice that they were different but not evil as other thought. "Ok, here goes nothing", he said and jumped into the red water and in that moment he knew his life would never be the same. He cam eout of the water clean and feeling new, fresh somehow and followed the rest of the cleansed ones.
Staus was dazed, he had just destroyed all that he knew to be beautiful in one single bathing. In it's place stood something more beautiful than he could ever imagine.
